SYNOPSIS

Youthful and lackadaisical, Peter escapes from his troubles at home to find himself alone in the mystical wilderness. He soon finds that a spirit, more eyre than his past, stalks him through these woods.

ABOUT

Completed during the COVID-19 pandemic in New York, RUNNING WITH THE WILD was the first short film produced by Brothers Gran Productions. Based on Henrik Ibsen’s PEER GYNT, the film is a testament to their Norwegian heritage and eagerness to adapt classic stories for modern audiences. The film was shot on a micro-budget and garnered 5 festival official selections, including 3 Finalist Awards at the Independent Shorts Awards and the EVVY Award for Outstanding-Single Camera Direction.
